Group Event Shelter/Picnics (Reservable)

The Group Event Facilities include two pavilions to accomodate groups for various functions including weddings, reunions, company picnics.  The shelters are slightly different sizes, one can have up to 150 people and the other 100.  Both include restrooms, charcoal grills, electrical outlets, tables.  The pavilions share a horseshoe, playground and volley ball area.  More information is available at the Group Activity Areas Brochure

Fees for the shelters range from $135.00 per day (single shelter, weekdays) or $200.00 (single shelter Fri-Sun and holidays) or $400.00 (both shelters weekends and holidays).

Group Picnicking Areas (Campers Only)

There are three group eating areas in the campgrounds for large camping groups. $40.00 per day.

Note: Only campers are allowed in the campground group eating areas.

Conference Room

The conference room is an ideal location for groups of up to 40 people to hold meetings, seminars and training programs. The room includes; chairs, folding table and audio-visual equipment (VHS player, digital projector, whiteboard, flipchart) and a kitchen. $100.00 per day. (Note: government agencies and non-profit organizations should contact the park at 970-626-5822 for special rates.)

Visitor Center Overlook

An inspirational setting for weddings or other ceremonies for up to 100 people. Rental includes indoor meeting/changing room space and ranger parking assistance. Fees range from $200.00 per day Mon-Thurs to $250.00 per day Fri-Sun and Holidays.
